Stalls when trying to accelerate

My car stalls completely out when you try yo accelerate unless you very lightly ease on the gas pedal and slowly push it down. Then it will rev wide open if you want it to, but then it acts like it is flooding out and it will spit and sputter until it quits running.
Afterwords you can spin it over. It will crank on a dime and you can repeat the whole process over if you want.

Good morning.

The first thing I would do is check the fuel pressure. Make sure it is correct specification.

Clean the throttle body as well. Make sure there is no carbon build up around the plate.

Check the timing belt. Make sure the marks are aligned correctly. A worn or belt that has slipped will cause this issue.
