Stalls or tries to when going into a stop

2000 Honda accord sedan ex 4 cylinders - majority of the time stalls or tries to when going into a stop, drives fine without any issues. While in park (Idle) it won’t shut only when pump the gas and let the gas go and it shuts off. Autozone checked in with some car codes P0303/P1491/P0401. ?

Code 303 is #3 cylinder is missing. It's best to have a pro look at that as misfires are extremely hard to diagnose. YOu can check for a vacuum leak as that could cause it'. The other two deal with the egr not opening enough and or insufficient flow that cold be a plugged passageway a vacuum leak, and the egr stuck
