Stalling when braking

Car shuts off when I hit the break. Stalled at a red light. Now it will not let me put car into drive every time I push brake to move from park to drive it stalls. But car will start. Recently has the mass air flow replaced. Also, now power windows will not work.

It sounds like the IAC motor is not working right or you have a vacuum leak Lets start by running the codes to see what come up. Here are two guides to help us get started:
