Stabil Trak, anti-lock brake and service engine lights on, engine missing on cylinder number one?

I started the car and was driving across the parking lot, when the "service Stabil Trak" light, anti-lock brake light and service engine lights came on. The engine began running very rough, with intermittent short periods of running fine. I was able to get to my usual garage with the car. The mech there connected a scanner, and it showed misfire in cylinder number one. Plugs and #1 coil were changed. Problems continues. Coils were switched to check for possible bad "new" coil, but nothing changed. Continues to misfire on #1. Have 201,000 miles on vehicle. Do you have any ideas where to begin checking? Mechanic is good at basic maintenance, but little experience in these types of issues. Thanks.

I would check the engine compression on that cylinder and if okay I would replace the fuel injector which I have left instruction for in the images below. This guide can help you test the compression which you can rent a gauge from the local auto parts store.
