Can I ask if the airbags went off in the accident?
Traction/Stability Control Indicator
The instrument cluster turns the traction/stability control indicator ON when the following occurs:
The instrument cluster performs the brake light bulb check.
The electronic brake control module detects a malfunction which disables the traction/stability control and sends a serial data message to the instrument cluster requesting illumination.
The driver manually disables the traction/stability control by pressing and holding the traction control switch for five seconds. The electronic brake control module sends a serial data message to the instrument cluster requesting illumination.
If none of these apply, we need to run the codes for the traction control system which this guide can show you how easy it is.

Sometimes it is a front wheel bearing hub which houses the ABS sensor that causes the light to come on, the code will tell us which one it is. For this I have included the instructions on how to change the bearing hub out in the images below. Please let us know what happens and check the images below.
