Speedometer and odometer quit working

While driving smelled something burning saw no smoke. Stopped truck could not see anything. When restarted speedometer and odometer not working.

Good afternoon,

Does anything else not function?

Does the transmission work correctly?

The sensor has no voltage to it. It generates a voltage to the ECM.

Okay, good chance the dash cluster itself has failed internally.

To confirm, I would have someone with a scan tool see if they can monitor the speed on there scan tool.

If they can, the cluster is bad.

If they cannot, it sounds like a wiring harness issue.
