A spark plug blew out on me and I found someone to fix it but I need to drive it to him. He said I needed to disconnect fuel rail and coil to safely drive it. I need some advice on how to do that.

All you need to do is disconnect the cylinder in question's fuel injector and coil connectors. I have attached some pictures that should be helpful.
