Smelly cabin air with air condition

When Air condition is turned on after vehicle been sitting a lot the first few minutes it smells like mildew. I had a Chevy dealer tried to "fix" it. It has been in and out of the dealer and they say that they don't know what else they can do for it. I keep seeing many other owners that have this problem. I have tried the Lysol trick no relief

That's most likely from the condensation created by the AC. It's not an easy thing to fix. Have you tried replacing the cabin air filter? Actually, have you checked to see if the vehicle has one? I can't remember, but it may not.
