Hi, I went to my car as usual, unlocked it and when I tried to start it, nothing happened. The smart shield light is flashing and I can't get it to turn off.
Just just wondering if you could help me? All the lights and stereo works, just not ignition

Hi, as far as I can remember the interior light didn't work.
Racv towed the car away so I'm sorry but I can't check.
Could it be the starter motor? Because that's what they think it is at the moment.

Check starter first just to be sure, if starter is ok, scan body module for a fault, some of the early falcons worked through the same power source for the immobiliser using the dome light, make sure that the dome light is working as well.
