The left turn Signal Light is not working?

My left turn signal light the front one isn't working the back one that is on the same side is like a quick flash. I've already replaced the bulb and it still isn't working correctly. Is it possible it could be a fuse? If so, what is the fuse number or relay?

I would check the ground of the bulb. this guide can help:

Here are the blinker wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which fuses to check. I have seen the BCM go out and cause this issue as well, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
