I had issues with my transmission shifting. So, I replaced all solenoids that needed to be replaced. After doing so the check engine light came back on giving me the same codes. So, I took it apart and did it over twice. Until now the check engine light still comes on and gives me the same codes. Did I miss something or did something wrong? I can't figure it out.

I can help you; can you please give me the codes you are talking about? I have seen a bad PCM cause these issues, but I need to know the codes first. Here is how to change out the PCM in case you need to find out what the fix might be, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

These are circuit codes; can I ask if these are the same codes you started with? If so, did you change the 2-3 shift solenoid? If so, then the wiring needs to be checked between the transmission and the PCM and found to be good I would replace the PCM. Here is how to check the connections and I have included the transmission to PCM wiring diagrams so you can do some testing.

Yes, I changed out all my solenoids. The connector piece that connects to the solenoids on 1-2 and the torque converter to hold it in broke off. But it's still stays connected and is not coming out. It just doesn't make the click noise when I connect it. Could that be an issue? I will check my wiring. I already found 2 wires that are missing from the cover. I can see the copper, but it's not ripped.

Okay, if the solenoid is not clicking you may have a defective part. I would remove the solenoids and test them manually using a 12-volt source and ground, each one should make a clicking noise. If they test good and the wiring is okay, you have a bad PCM.
