When I am driving my 2001 saturn, I always have a problem with acceleration. When I try to take off from a full stop wherher the car is warm or cold, the acceleration is fine, but when I am moving, I have a really hard time accelerating no matter what speed i'm at even when the pedal is floored. This problem is even worse on a hill. I'm replacing the old spark plugs but I really think its a bad fuel pump or pressure regulator. ANY ideas would be appreciated.

Yes pressure and pump is a possibility and I would also check the mass airflow sensor, and mapp sensor too.

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
