The rpms going that high the most likely cause is a vaccuum leak. The most likely place for a leak on that is the hose going from the intake manifold to the pcv on the valve cover. Another common place for a vaccuum leak on that car is on the back of the throttle body injection. There's a larger vaccuum hose that goes to ur map sensor check those two hoses first. As far as ur code goes it has nothing to do with a high idle. The most likely cause would be corroded coil towers pull ur wires off one at a time so u don't mix them up. Look for white powder on the towers. If there's powder u will have to clean or replace the coils. Some times u can't clean them the posts get so small the wires won't stay on the coils. Also check the other end of the wires where it goes onto the plugs look for black powder or arching into the plug. Let me know what u find.
