It's under ur air box mounted to the side of ur throttle body injection with a couple of screws. Why are u changing it they hardly ever fail did u get a code or is it running bad. It the last thing I would check or replace on that car unless something Led me straight to it. Let me know.

TPS is located on throttle body assembly..
