Hard to start has a real bad miss at low rpms an real strong exhaust like it ant burning all the gass

When you say its hard to start does it flood when trying to start it like you have hold your foot to the floor then when it starts it will blow out alot of smoke when it does start?Does the engine miss when your on the freeway at a steady speed?Let me know the more details the better.
