Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Saturn SC2 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 206xxx miles

I have a 1997 saturn sc2 1.9 twin cam. Car will not start, it will jump at the starter with ignition in the on position. The battery tests fine and I can here the relay click under the dash when ignition is engaging start position.
Scan codes-p0193(fuel rail pressure sensor A)
Scan code-p1633(ignition supply circuit low voltage).

Have no idea what to look for or how to go about the proper steps in solving these issues, please explain what I can do, by listing the things I should now look at.

Thanks, much appreciated.

Are you sure you have a 1997 saturn SC2 because your car doesn't have a fuel rail pressure sensor or a code P0193 or a code P1633. Let me know ans also let me know if you have a multimeter or a test light.

Theese are the codes that were displayed on the obd II code reader p1633 and p0193 and yes multi meter but not very good with it.I figured out the trouble and it turns out it was the chime fuse. How is that related to the ignition.

A stereo wire shorted it out

Glad to hear that you found the blown fuse it really doesn't list that fuse power anything with the ignition but some of the ignition circuit run's threw the chime module so if the fuse is blown no start. AS far as the code's go can't really help you there like I said before your car doesn't even have a fuel rail pressure sensor so kinda hard to set a code for one.I also can't even find the other listed in the code list I haven't ever ran across that code.
