Saturn 1994 automatiac transmission

When I bought this saturn the trans would work ok til about one mile down the road. Then it would like it had no gear only first gear I chang the trans. Same thing. Pull it out and replace it Same thing again> odb1 reader has a no code til I drove it about one mile and the trans started doing the same thing. I got out the obd1 code reader and it came up with code 22, 23, 24. When it shift in to high gear it will work ok if I don, t try to go fast then if I do it like putting it out of gear take my foot off gas pedal and it go back in high gear NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO did I get two bad trans? (Ps) getting good at changing trans

22-Throttle position sensor-voltage low
23 -IAT circuit low
24 -VSS circuit-no signal
83- Donation-no signal

Yes I have a 1935 ford streetrod 2 door sedan humpback with all the goodie insid and out it has a bbc, 700r trans with corvette Suspension front and rear only thing I had done was the chrome and upholstering

Post a pic of your car if you want.

There is a tsb about updating the pcm software whan the tranny is changed or having the wrong tranny, it specified the codes you have.

How do you update the pcm software? The trans came out of a 1994 saturn with dohc and that what my saturn has.
