1997 Other Saturn Models Transmission linkage

My linkage has become disconnected from the shifter. The small plastic keeper piece that holds the knuckle together is broken. The dealer says I would have to buy an entirely new linkage assembly (both) just to get this little piece of plastic. I'm having trouble finding anything at local salvage yards. Any help? Thank you.

That's something that your gonna be stuck on. Junkyards, don't usually bother with that stuff. Aftermarket doesn't make it. The Dealer is more than likely going to be your source.

You can go check online junkyards for the heck of it, but I doubt much willl come of it.
