Hello, I recently had some work done on my 98 saturn SL2 car. My car was leaking antifreeze and overheating. It was determined that my thermostat
sensor needed replacing along with my coolant
resouviour because it had a hair line crack. Four days after getting that problem taken care of my check engine service light comes on. I take it to an emission
testing site where its readings from the diagnostic
test read P0733 & P0734 codes. Please tell me about these codes and what can I do or who can I see to solve this problem.

The Codes are for the Transmission.

P0733 Gear 3 Incorrect Ratio
P0734 Gear 4 Incorrect Ratio

Do believe the work you had done had anything to do with these codes.

Does the transmission feel like it is slipping?

Have you had a transmission service done. If not take a look at the fluid if it is brownish red and smells burnt then a transmission service may fix the problem.

It could also be a Shift Selenoid, which is inside the tranny usually mounted on the valve body.
