2002 SAAB 9-3 repair Question Warping Rotors

In the past 2 months, I have gone through 3 sets of new rotors, and, 1 set of new calipers. I have recurring warping problems with the rotors and don't know what to do. After two to three weeks with the new rotors, I get a terrible shimmy when braking.

Hi there,

Often when this happens you can get the rotors skimmed and they will be fine, I find that after they have been normalized or run in, if there is any warp one light skim is all that is needed and you should not have a problem after that, why this is is a bit of a mystery, as not all rotors do it, use only quality parts, genuine if you can and this should not be a problem.
