Have you removed the locking screw?

Yes, I remove the locking screw and manage to remove the rotors by using a big hammer, the rust made it nearly impossible to remove. I now have another problem. I put new rotors and new pads, and it is really screaching when I brake. Scary. The other problem is that I may have air in the line since the pedal goes to the floor and the car doesn't stop. I don't know how to bleed the system. Does it need to be bled or is it some other problems?

Was there good pedal pressure before repair?
Was any brake lines or bleeder open during repair?
As for squeal did you lube sliding surface on caliper and install spring retainers and install rear pad with arrow pointing in direction of rotor rotation.
Brake bleeding would be best done by someone with experience a little hard to explain.
