Cut off catalytic converter straight piped. Now it spits sputters runs high rpms, then lows but still bounces back in fourth roughly. Is this the cause of cutting of converter? Or could it be something else didnt do this before I cant even drive my truck at this point.

I don't know why you would cut off a converter. All that gets you is problems.

It was rattling and smelt like rotten eggs. I was told by several people to just cut off converter for time being till I can get a converter. I know a lot of older trucks I haven't had this problem. Any solutions on what I need to do to fix this problem.

The first thing you need to do is put the Cat back on. Have the computer scanned for codes. You will probably have Cat codes also now. The rotten egg smell was caused by the way the engine was running, not the converter.

So most likely putting the cat back on can clear up the problem. Or there still will be cat codes that come on. How do I reset codes.

We will find out once the Cat is back on. You will need a code reader to read or clear the codes.

You issue is probably a combination of existing faults compounded by removing the cat, as mentioned, re fit the cat, clear all codes and do a drive cycle, re code even if there is no check light and start from there.

P032 and P038 are not real codes. You are missing a digit there.

Those codes indicate you have transmission issues and a problem with the circuit for the 0/2 heaters. Since it's more than one 0/2 with a heater problem, I doubt the sensors themselves are to blame. You need to start troubleshooting these codes one at a time.

You have to follow the wiring circuit and determine if an where you have lost either power or ground for the 0/2 heaters. If you don't know how to do that, you are going to have to pay someone to do it for you.
