Which engine are you working on? 3.0 or 3.9?

Use a wire to press the relief valve in the tensioner and collapse the tensioner.
Bolt the tensioner in place. Tighten to 97 lb. In.
Install the intake sprocket, damper, chain and exhaust sprocket onto the intake camshaft as a unit.
Install the intake and exhaust sprocket bolts.

If you need to know how to set the timing of the cams, you will need the cam alignment tool and the crank position tool. Remove the crank sensor and rotate the crank until the crank position tool will engage the correct area on the signal wheel. The crank keyway should be pointing down to 6 O'clock. (I've used this position and just locked the crank in place without the tool but you have to be sure of it's position)

Next install the cam timing tool (it pushes down on the flats on the cams and holds them in place), Now you can install the secondary chain.

The 3.9 has no marks to line up, you need the special cam tool at the least, both the cam and crank tools if possible. You might get them as loaner tools.
