Right side signal light or emergency flasher not working (no light) front or back. At times I can hear a single or double click from the flasher under the dash but no lights. I've checked all the fuses, replaced the signal light switch, swapped the bulbs from side to side. Even replaced the flasher and I'm still not getting any power to the right signal fuse on the left side of the dash like I do with the left. Do you think I may have received a faulty flasher?

Hi,

We need to work backward. If you have no power at the right, signal/brake light fuse (pic 3 below), I need you to check the LBEC (fuse 74 under the hood, pic 2 below) to ensure it is good and has power.

Power to the LBEC2 fuse comes from a mega fuse (pic 1), and if that is faulty, there would be more issues than just the signal not working. Also, if your brake light is working on the right side, there is a good chance the body control module may be failing. We'll worry about that if needed.

The last pic below shows the location of fuse 74 in the under-hood fuse box. Check that and let us know what you find.

Take care,

Joe

So, I checked the fuse (LBEC2) 50 amp, and the fuse is good and has power. My brake lights work in conjunction with my driving lights on the top bulb. The signal light works with the emergency flasher neither on of these lights will work on the right-side front or back. I had also tried disconnecting the wire that goes from the front to the back Junction block behind the back bumper and I get hyper (fast) flash on the left side but the right side still nothing. No light or flash front, back or dash.
BTW- My Fuse box is a little deferent then the one you posted. This is the one I have. Thanks for your feedback, Joe.

So the right-side turn signal operation is controlled by the BCM which sounds like it has gone out or there is a fuse out to the BCM, to help confirm the issue let's do a CAN scan, this guide will show you how:

If confirmed, you will need to get a preprogrammed unit by searching eBay or Google. Here is the location of the BCM. Please double check the fuses on the BCM with the key on. Here is the fuse location as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So all fuses are good. The only code I get on the BCM is B1017-13. But my door locks are controlled by my aftermarket alarm system not the BCM.

Yep, I would remove the aftermarket alarm they cause nothing but trouble and repair the wiring.

B: Body Code

1017: Control Module Configuration Error

13 (subtype): Circuit Open (may also mean calibration data is missing or corrupt).

So there is an open circuit for the BCM it might be the door locks, since the blinkers work in hazard mode I don't think the blinker circuit.

Where can I get the Pin out schematic for the plugs going to the BCM unit on my 2007 Silverado Classic so I can check my wires point to point?
