Right Rear Turn Signal and Brake light (Stop and Turn Lamp) does not light for turn signal or brake. It does work as a Parking Light. It does not work as an Emergency Flasher.
Also, the back-up lamp does not work on the Right side.
The Rear Parking lamp works.
I have checked for the proper bulbs (3057 and 3156) and changed the bulbs and I have changed the Tail Lamp Circuit Board ( http://tinyurl.com/lpwaf2y ).

The front right turn signal lamp flashes at a fast rate (like it would with a burnt out bulb).
All The left side lamps function properly. The license plate lamps and the Center High-Mounted Stoplamps work properly. And all the Front Lamps function properly.

I need my Right Rear turn signal / brake light and backup light to function properly.
How can I fix this problem?

I think I answered this before, but check to see if the turn signal switch is getting and putting power out to the right side rear. You need to check the dark green wire from turn signal switch if it doesn't put the power out there it won't light the bulb. Also check to make sure the ground wire at the rear of frame is good and not corroded. It also may be the trailer harness touching someplace causing this as well.

1. Can I test for the turn signal power by testing at the pigtail connector?
If so, how?
Any videos you know of?

Take your truck to a pro you shold be able to use a test light but it seems a pro could do it faster, and cheaper to find your real problem with this.
