I have removed the door panel, window rubber. All the broken glass has been removed. The replacement panel has two holes in it, where I assume the white plastic bushing that are already on the door track go. I do not know how to remove them to reinstall. They have a flared end on the side facing towards the street. The side closest to me, has a lead washer that spins regardless of whether I have tension on it.

Hello, I am Danny.

Just a few questions. Did the new glass come with those plastic rollers installed in the glass? The old ones look to be riveted into the track. Also, Did the new glass come with a retro-fit hardware kit (nut, bolts, rivets)? Just asking in case you have to remove the old ones as to how the new ones would attach. Danny-
