Brakes making loud squeaky and grinding noise

Hello I have the car listed above. Front brake making loud squeaky and grinding noise. The squeaky noise seems to be coming from front driver side wheel. I ended up changing both pads and both rotors. Passengers side pads were down to 10% and the driver side to about 70% (weird). After that the noise stopped for a couple of days and back again now. What else it could be? Could it be the calipers? Speaking noise when I push the brakes and grinding noise when I am about to stop. The guy

Good morning,

The brake wear is the issue. The left front sounds like it is not working.

I would suspect the calipers along with the rubber lines that attach. They collapse after time from fluid contamination.
