The old regulator had its cable tangled and torn. I replaced it with a new one using the 1A auto YouTube video step by step. Everything went perfect until I tried the new one and the window wouldn't go up or down. It just stayed still, I could still hear the motor running smoothly so I don't know what other problem it might have? Any suggestions? Vehicle is a 1500 model.

Hi,

There is a drive gear in the motor. Did you check to make sure it isn't damaged? Also, are all cables correctly installed? Also, the gear is between where the regulator and regulator motor bolt together. Check that if the motor is running and the window isn't moving. I circled it in pic 2.

Take a look at the exploded view below to confirm nothing is missing.
