Rattling sound and the engine shuts down while driving

Hi, I started hearing rattling sound when I start my car and drive. When I was driving back to work the car started jumping and then the engine cools down and the rpm's dropped to nearly zero and fluctuates. The engine does not start immediately and I do not know what the problem is. Can you help me with the issue?

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and IAC hole with choke cleaner then scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge.
