When I start the vehicle there a unpleasant noise. As soon the engine become hot the noise stop. When stop for a few two to three hours the noise same situation again.
I checked the engine head I notice one or two broken bolts.

1. A mechanic change the engine head seal.
2. Losing engine pressure by consuming a lot gas.
3. The engine exhaust is not air tight and losing pressure.

Good morning.

Does the sound come from the top of the engine or the bottom of the engine?
Did your tech hear the noise?

Losing engine pressure? Please explain.

Do you mean you have an exhaust leak?

Are you saying you hear an exhaust leak?
Listen under the hood, also lay on the ground so you can hear the exhaust and have someone else tap the tailpipe and listen for anything rattle on the exhaust. Then have the helper put his/her foot over the tailpipe and shut off the exhaust and you listen for any leaks or hissing sound and try to narrow down both noises that way.
If you cannot find it, get the vehicle up on a lift and repeat so you can get a closer look.
