My car ran hot and cut off in the middle of the street. I got it started so I could move it. Then it cut off again in the street, we let it cool down and put antifreeze in the car, then tried to start the car it was trying to start but wouldn't kick over. We pushed the car, then we looked at the ground and all the antifreeze was on the ground it, I took the thermostat and housing was leaking.

Good morning,

Chances are you have damaged the head gasket and you have coolant in the cylinders.

You will need to have a leak down test done to verify the issue, but it definitely looks like major damage.
