I tried o send a pic to you but I just can't get it to work. But I was able to share it on my FB timeline. You can see a pic of it there. Just go to FB and type my account name ( Richard Whitman ) and you will find the pic there. I can't find this thing at any parts stores here in Houston, Texas. Please let me know what the proper name of it is, Because I am going to have to order it from dealer or factory and I can't order it if I don't know the name of what I am trying to order. Again Thanks for everything.

Most likely item number 3 which is a fresh air hose for the PCV system.

COULD THIS BE THE CAUSE OF ROUGH RUNNING, Do you think when I replace this it will solve my problem?

If it is broken or loose it is a vacuum leak. It is the tube that let's fresh air get into the engine so the PCV system can work.
