When front seat passenger is buckled in the radio, gauges and turn signals do not work?

Gauges, turn signals and radio do not function when I have a front seat passenger that's buckled in.

Hi,

I went through all the schematics to determine if there was anything that tied them together. They have different power supplies, different grounds, but there is one thing that ties them all together, the body control module (BCM). I feel somewhat confident that is what has failed.

Here are directions for replacing it. However, you will need to program it to the vehicle.
