Power steering pump pulley fell of while driving and now the nut that holds the pulley in place is missing. So I need a new pulley and bolt.

Hey Greg,

Pully is available at Auto Parts stores. For example; AutoZone has it part #300-127. As far as the bolt goes, there isn't one. The pully is pressed on using a pully installation bolt press tool (parts houses will have that also to loan, rent, or purchase). Also, check the pump for shaft damage/pump damage. There's a potential the pully was installed incorrectly on your pump and that's why it came off (or broke off). If there is damage, the pump will need replaced too.
Be sure to check the mounting bolts for the pump. They are notorious for loosening, and with the pully out of the way, now's the time to tighten them if the pump does not need replaced.

Hi,

I was wondering if you have made progress with the problem. We're interested in knowing. Also, I wanted to add a quick video that shows how the pulley is both removed and replaced. Hopefully, it will help you.

If you have a chance, let us know.

Take care and God Bless,
