2002 Cadillac Deville power steering pump

My power steer pump was leaking so I went to kregan and bout a rebilt pump. Before it was leaking so I replaced it and it would only make noise after 3 days when it was empty. Now it makes that noise when every i'm making slow turns?What could be the problem?

If there was air in the system when you started it, it could have some air trapped. Check the fluid, and you will probably see some foam(aeration) when running. Try and maybe raise the front wheels, and without the vehicle running, turn the wheel back and forth from lock to lock about 25 times(right lock to left lock=1 time) and see if it quiets.
