Windsheild reservoir seems not to hold fluid. Not sure yet. Is the reservoir easy to remove for inspection. Could it be a line and are they readily accessible.

Windsheild reservoir seems not to hold fluid. Not sure yet. Is the reservoir easy to remove for inspection. Could it be a line and are they readily accessible.
