2002 Pontiac Grand Prix Automatic

My car (Pontiac Grand Prix 2002) will not accelerate properly. The Rpms rev up to high when I go from a stop light. I cant get any power to speed up. I have changed my spark plugs and wires, dealt with the lower intake and put fuel injector fluid cleaner into it, what else could it be.

Is the transmission slipping or the engine power is down?

If trans. Check fluid level with engine running, fill if needed.
If engine, check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge, if OK then check spark.
Other possibilities are EGR valve and clogged convertor.
