White smoke coming out of exhaust pipes is it the head gasket or more and what the instructions to replace them?

White smoke out of the tail pipes is a sign of possible blown head gasket.

First step would be verify if the head gasket is indeed leaking. One of the obvious sign is you will have coolant in the oil and the color of that mix will be milky. You can also text for a leaky head gasket. There is a test kit that tests the combustion gases in the coolant to determine if the head gasket is leaking.
