We have just bought a 1989 Pontiac Grand Prix, it has 78, 43 miles, we are having problems with getting the car to run. When we bought it we were told it had a stalling problem, then we drove it and it died and wouldnt start again, it trys to start but thats it. We replaced the engine control modular, but that didnt work. I need help.

If car has set a long time, and it sounds like it has, the fuel is probably gummed up the entire fuel system.

I would drain and clean tank, replace fuel filter, add SeaFoam to tank.
