My engine bogs when ever I try to accelerate pick up speed and as its trying to pick up speed it kinda cuts out and accelerates

Low fuel pressure will cause this, start by checking fuel pressure with mechanical gauge.
If pressure is OK, the other possibilities are malfunctioning EGR, bad crank/cam sensor, partially clogged CAT.
