My turn signals click as if they are on, even when they are not. Sometimes it is constant other times just few clicks every few minutes. Usually the clicking noise is faster than the normal clicking sound or even the hazard sound. I have no idea what the problem is or even where to begin!

Olcate the connector on the steering column for the multifunction switch, unplug it, does the clicking stop? If it does you may have to test it for proper continuity.
