I turned my car off then went to turn it back on and the ignition won't turn. I can turn the steering wheel

Try popping off the the ignition bezel around the cylinder and tapping lightly on the key hole with a hammer then see if the cylinder turn's. It's a lot easier to replace the cylinder if it turn's.
