1997 Pontiac Grand Am locked steering wheel

After parking my car, the key goes into the ignition but will not turn and the steering wheel moves slightly but does not turn. I can't unlock the steering wheel to drive the car.

Either the ign. Switch is bad or the park/lock cable.

You will have to remove the steering wheel. If air bag equipped, I would have it done at a deaership or trusted garage.
Improper removal or installation can cause air bag deployment and result in injury.
