1995 Pontiac Grand Am Heater/AC

Sometimes I start the car and the heater is not working and when I am driving the heat starts working all the sudden. I tried to worm up the car first I thought it will make the difference but still it doesn’t work. It only works when it wants to. Can you please tell me what’s the problem?

You have a bad blower motor. It works occasionally because when you are driving you are jarring the motor. Also double check the connector on the blower motor.
