Very little heat on passenger side

When using the heater, I can be very hot on the driver side and the passenger in very cold, took it to the dealer many times in the first year I owned it, they tried everything they said and still nothing, The car was brand new? I got frustrated and said screw it

It sounds like you have a duct issue. Has anyone lok at the duct work in the dash?

Yes the Dealer did, they say they found some insulation in the duct work but it change nothing, Maybe I will have to take look myself, I thinking the same as you they didn't go far enough

I agree, check the joints as well to be sure there are no leaks.
