1994 Pontiac Grand Am rear brakes

Is there a way I can change the rear brakesto disc brakes and if so how much labor is involved.

I'm sure there is a company out there that makes the conversion kit, although I have never seen one. If and when you do find a kit, I would imagine it would probably take you the better part of a day to do the conversion.
