When the car runs at idle I have to put the car in neutral to keep it from stalling, when I accelerate it doesn't want to take off, I have to put in neutral to keep it from stalling. If it idles the car vibrates hard, engine mostly, and the engine shakes hard, along with the exhaust also.

Most likely the TCC (torque convertor clutch) lockup solenoid is stuck. You can unplug it from trans, it is usually a white, or blue square 4 prong connector on side of trans.

If problem is solved, then TCC must be replaced.
