1992 Pontiac Grand Am won't start

Driving along engine went dead. Won't start up have replace battery, starter, and fuses are all good and still it won't crank. Can you please help me with my problem?

Check the oil

try to turn engine by hand use a socket and a long ratchet on the crank pulley center bolts

jump the starter two terminals does the starter turn and or try to
