1997 Pontiac Firebird fuel

I am trying to fix my fuel problem I have already replaced the alternator, crank posistion sensor, starter, fuel pump, fuel pump relay and fuses but I am still having trouble I cannot get fuel to the engine because I am not getting power to the fuel pump itself I am stuck I know there is a fuel pump shuf off switch but I am having trouble locating it I am just curious and needed an outside opinion, thanks.

I know there is a fuel pump shuf off switch

There's no such animal-try checking pin out 7 of the computer its the fuel pump relay control that energizes the fuel pump relay to power up the fuel pump for 2 secs, when engine fires up the oil pressure sending unit takes over the power to the pump
