Engine Cooling problem
1994 Pontiac Firebird V8

I just replaced the opti spark and water pump in my car. When I took it for a test drive it started to overheat. I noticed my fans were not working when I got back. I replaced the relays for it and now the fans turn on as soon as I start the car but when it starts to warm up they shut off and it overheats. The fans should not start until the car starts to warm up but it seems to be the opposite right now. Alll the wires are on the same way they came off. The plugs are all set so they only go in one way and no plugs are the same.

Check the coolant temperature sensor and if it has an engine coolant temperature gauge sending switch check that too could be giving the computer wrong info and constantly energizing the fan motor.
